Youth tournament competitors arrive in Freetown

The five participating countries in the second edition of the Africa International Youth Football Tournament have arrived in Freetown.

Ghana, Nigeria, Liberia, South Africa, Gambia, Senegal and host Sierra Leone would compete in the week long competition for the Madam Trophy.

The annual tournament is organized by the FC Johansen Foundation for players who are 20 years old and below.

Sierra Leone’s Shooting Stars and the defending champions, Barrack Young Controllers of Liberia will feature in the curtain raiser on Saturday at the National Stadium.
